Victoria Eastwood, PCC, CEC, B'Math
I work with senior leaders interested in developing their effectiveness to empower and enrich their teams and produce tangible results. As a certified coach, I can help you maintain the necessary behaviours to improve your leadership skills, remain relevant and inspire others.
I have coached over 400 leaders in various roles, from CEO to first-time managers. I help them understand how to effectively develop themselves and their organizations in today's volatile, uncertain and fast-paced world. Evidence on leadership shows that self-transforming mind form is crucial for the most influential leaders today. My training and experience help leaders develop their mind forms through polarity mapping, self-awareness, systems thinking and perspective-taking.
Previously, I held various positions, including IT Executive and VP of Development (software). After over 30 years of managing software development projects, I believe the world needs more effective leaders, and thus pursued coaching to address this need. I am a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, with additional certifications enabling me to work with organizations and leaders focusing on adult development.
Still a geek at heart, I enjoy dabbling in technology! ;-)

I am an experienced senior executive and ICF certified coach with a global background, who is dedicated to helping executives thrive amidst complexity. To date, I have helped over 400 executives become more effective leaders.
I am married with one son and currently live in Montreal, where I like to take advantage of the cycle paths during the summer, because the winter is only perfect for hibernation! Still, the beauty of this multicultural, multilingual city more than compensate.
Prior to starting my coaching practice, I spent my career within the financial and technology industries, living and working in South Africa, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, the US, and Canada. I held numerous leadership roles in money management and global banks, as well as technology startups, and have a demonstrated track record of business development.
I am an acknowledged strategic thinker with a keen understanding of the complexities of the contemporary business world, where influence trumps authority, and almost every decision involves extensive perspective seeking and taking from multiple stakeholders. I now provide consulting and coaching services to technology, financial services, scientific, and consulting companies. I have a particular interest in helping CREATIVE leaders become profitable INNOVATORS.
Attaining long-term success involves focusing on what is within your control and sustaining an optimistic outlook. Moreover, in a world that is changing ever more rapidly- lifetime learning is a must. The only question is whether your learning journey can keep pace. I am convinced that with the right attitude and a little help, everyone can surf the wave of creative disruption.
I have post graduate degrees in economics and psychology. I am also certified in emotional intelligence, conscious business coaching, systems team coaching, and motivation.
